Very soon the QLD Government is going to open its guidelines for the next round of grants for small businesses. In May 2021, the Government announced $25 million in grants for small businesses.
The Business Boost grants of up to $15,000 will help small businesses to improve their efficiency and productivity through organisational development and upgrades through automated software and CRM systems.

The last grant was the Business Basics Grant that opened on 31st May and was oversubscribed and closed within hours of opening. This next grant is aimed at supporting established businesses to become more resilient.
The way to be more likely to get this next grant is to be prepared. As soon as the guidelines open, read them to find out:
- If you are eligible
- What would the goal be if you got the grant
- Plan the project, establishing the timelines and requirements of the grant
- Get quotes from suppliers
- Be ready to submit your online application of the day the applications open (scheduled to be late July)
